Hey there, I’m Amaris Mitchell! Throughout my many years of fitness training, I’ve taught and supported many women in their health & fitness journeys!

I respect all types of fitness. The type I can do with my husband and kids, such as martial arts and running. And the type I can do for myself, such as pole fitness and heels dancing.

I’m an impactful instructor that keeps it real and I’ve made it my personal mission to help as many women as possible to reach a high level of peace and confidence while also accomplishing fitness goals. Using my services, women in the triad area have been able to explore a unique approach to being active and enjoy the benefits of pole dancing.

My private services are flexible so you can choose which available day/time works for you. You’ll learn the fundamental pole moves to jumpstart your pole library through regular lessons. Your training is customized to tailor to you so you’ll always be challenged to progress.

My group offerings are affordable so you can enjoy a fun and supportive environment. A chance to explore your passion for pole dancing without breaking the bank. These offerings are designed to cater to all skill levels, especially beginners.

My services include private lessons, group classes, and group courses, amongst other things.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or have already taken a few twirls , my services can help you reach your next pole goals and tap into the confidence you deserve.
