With just one pole and limited spots, every session delivers personalized coaching, detailed feedback, and intentional progression.

Foundations at the Club (Beginner/Level 1)

This class is designed for students who are new to pole or returning after time away. We focus on foundational skills like grip, spins, transitions, basic climbs, and safe body mechanics.

Classes are taught in a semi-private format (max 5 students), allowing for personalized coaching and plenty of rest time. Expect a supportive pace, clear instruction, and space to build strength and confidence without rushing.

No prior pole experience required.

Our Classes

Club Flow (Low Flow/Heels Optional)

Club Flow focuses on transitions, musicality, and movement quality rather than tricks. We work closer to the floor, connecting spins, steps, and shapes into fluid sequences.

Heels are welcome but never required. This class is open to a wide range of experience levels, with options to simplify or add complexity as needed.

A great choice if you’re interested in expression, coordination, and learning how to move between skills smoothly.

The Twirl Girls Sessions (Beginner/ Level 1&2)

Membership & Luxe Pack Only

This semi-private session offers flexible, mixed-level training in a small group setting. Classes may include technique work, conditioning, flow, or student-requested focus areas depending on who is enrolled.

This is a great option for members looking for an extra session in a relaxed, collaborative environment.

Strength at the Club (Beginner/ Level 1&2)

Membership Only & Luxe Pack Only

This class supports long-term progress on the pole through targeted strength, stability, and spin technique. We blend pole-based drills with off-pole conditioning to help you feel more controlled, powerful, and connected in your movement.

Because skills build week to week, this class is reserved for members to ensure consistency and progression. Modifications are always offered, making it accessible across levels.

Ideal for students who want to feel stronger and more secure in their pole work.

The Twirl Girls Expression Lab (Beginner/ Level 1&2)

Membership & Luxe Pack Only

This class is a space to explore choreography, improvisation, and personal movement style. Some weeks include guided choreography; others focus on freestyle prompts and creative exploration.

Because this class emphasizes trust, vulnerability, and continuity, it is reserved for members. The goal is not performance, but learning how to listen to your body, experiment, and move with intention.

All bodies, backgrounds, and movement styles are welcome.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Yes, we have the following:

    1. Spark Pack (5 classes) - valid for 6 weeks

    2. Momentum Pack (10 classes) - valid for 3 months

    3. Luxe Pack (20 classes) - valid for 6 months

  • Class Packs typically includes access to our regular classes — Foundations at the Club and Club Flow. (Our Luxe Pack includes access to all classes.)

  • Definitely. You can switch to a membership once you have used all credits included in the class pack.

  • We have two group membership tiers:

    1. Platinum Immersion Membership - I (includes 1 regular or members-only class per week)

    2. Platinum Immersion Membership - II (includes a mix of 2 regular or members-only classes per week)

    All membership subscriptions are billed monthly.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time by emailing us 2 weeks prior to your next billing cycle. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Yes! We’re committed to updating the schedule with more convenient times and offerings as demand changes to keep your learning and inspiration going strong.

    1. All clients get one “free-pass” to reschedule a single class.

    2. For a membership, there is one “free-pass” per month to reschedule a class.

    3. A written notice must be provided via email to twirlgirlsfitness@gmail.com more than 3 hours before scheduled time. If you cancel within 3 hours of your service, you will still be charged.

    4. No transfers on “no shows” or late cancellations.
