Why We’re Semi-Private
Our studio is intentionally designed as a semi-private pole training space, with classes capped at three or five students. This isn’t about limitation—it’s about quality, safety, and care.
Pole is a physically demanding, skill-based practice. Smaller classes allow us to teach it in a way that supports real progress while honoring different bodies, backgrounds, and goals.
What Semi-Private Means Here
In each class, you’ll have:
More time on the pole
Personalized coaching and adjustments
Built-in rest between turns
Space to ask questions and move at your own pace
Rather than competing for attention or equipment, students rotate thoughtfully between pole work, floor work, and conditioning. This structure supports strength, learning, and longevity—without rushing.
Why We Chose This Model
Safer Progression
With fewer students, instructors can closely monitor technique, spotting, and fatigue. This helps reduce injury risk and builds confidence over time.
Better Learning
Pole skills build on each other. Semi-private classes allow instructors to meet students where they are, offer modifications, and help skills make sense in the body—not just in theory.
Inclusive by Design
Smaller classes make it easier to support a wide range of experience levels, body types, and movement backgrounds. You don’t need to “keep up” or perform for the room to belong here.
Sustainable for Bodies
Pole is demanding—for students and instructors. This format allows for adequate rest, thoughtful pacing, and long-term practice without burnout.
Not Quite a Private Lesson—More Than a Group Class
Semi-private classes sit between traditional group classes and one-on-one sessions.
You’ll benefit from:
Individual attention
Shared energy and community
A more accessible price point than private lessons
It’s a balance that supports consistency and connection while still offering focused coaching.
Why Classes Fill Quickly
Because classes are capped at three or five students, spots are limited. This is intentional and helps maintain the experience we value.
Members receive exclusive classes. We don’t add extra students once a class reaches capacity.
Is This Right for You?
Semi-private training is a great fit if you:
Want to build strength and skill steadily
Prefer a quieter, more focused environment
Appreciate individualized feedback
Value quality over crowds
If you’re unsure which class or option is right for you, we’re always happy to help guide you.
Our Commitment
We believe pole can be challenging and supportive.
Structured and expressive.
Strong and accessible.
Keeping classes small allows us to teach with intention and care—and to create a space where progress feels possible, not pressured.
