Our 6-week pole fitness course is an exciting way to get fit and have fun at the same time! This course is designed for beginners, so you don’t need any prior experience to join. Over the six weeks, you could learn how to climb the pole, spin around it, and even perform some cool tricks. Each class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and confidence while also teaching you the basics of pole dancing in a supportive environment.
